On Wednesday evenings my mom and I attend the Group Centergy class at our gym. Normally the thought of going to the gym after a long day at work is pure torture but I actually look forward to this class! Classes start with a general warm-up, followed by tracks with specific training objectives including yoga and pilates-style excercises. The class ends with a well-earned rest period, leaving you centered, rejuvenated and ready to face the world!
